The below section contains a lot of words, but I know that you are capable of reading them. This is a really interesting topic. Trust me, this will only do you good, so please be patient and finish reading them before jumping into the games :)
Keep in mind, you are smarter and more powerful than you think you are and some challenges for yourself will surely make you grow!
To understand what VR is, I myself did some research and got the information from Investopedia.
(I wouldn't recommend you to do the same because it is a website for business people, and business is hard, so pay attention right here* )
The headset contains a goggle and two controllers.
A person is supposed to put his or her head in the goggle, and a simulated world would then be shown right on the screen in front of his or her eyes, amazing, right?
Picture the controllers as magic wands because they can basically allow you to do anything in this created, semi-imaginary world.
VR, it is like entering a whole another world

You probably already know that dinosaurs became extinct a long time ago, so how do we explain the dinosaurs and the eggs in the video?
You're right! This is a fictional world created by technology experts.
Notice how it is a three-dimensional world with realistic sound effects, they are all done by people. Even the T-Rex's breath is made!
Although this is only a video and you cannot control or do anything to change the situation, you can tell from the moving of the character's viewpoint that there are choices to be made and it is interact-able.
There is not ONE person that invented Virtual Reality or the devices of it, but MANY.
Several people throughout history are accountable for the creation. (They are listed below)
It started with some really smart and creative people coming up with the idea of Virtual Reality, later on, they planned and planned and made prototypes.
Eventually, it was with dozens of hands that the device was finally made and formed into today's version.

According to the article published by Forbes, VR has the potential to be used wider in our life.
It has been used to train surgical doctors for surgeries, Walmart employees for how to deal with Black Friday's sales and so on.
It is also possible that VR will be used for educational purposes.
Imagine having to wear a headset for class and visiting different countries in VR instead of reading maps during Geography class, isn't it exciting?
On top of that, experts are attempting to create an "Internet of Senses", in which we are able to touch, taste and smell.
There are so much to look forward ahead!!

After learning about VR, you can tell that it is widely used in our lives.
We all love games, right? VR can take us to a whole another level providing special visual and sound effects during our experiences.
If you want to live longer and play more games (but not too much or your eyes will be damaged), healthcare is also important. With these new and advanced techniques, VR headsets can better prepare the doctors for any situations.
Same with military, you are likely to become soldiers and serve for your country one day, and paying attention to these new technology can be very beneficial for you.
Not to mention the entertainment part of VRs, who wouldn't want to travel to Space, Jurassic or a Minecraft world? At least I would love to! And the rollercoaster experience, I mean, WOW!
VR can literally change your game. It can change everything. Not only does VR offers engaging and powerful experience, it also set a new standard for the world.
VR is a technology that grew rapidly in the past few years and to be honest, people are all having a sort of addiction for technology. But knowing thoroughly about VR isn't necessarily a bad thing, maybe someday you will be working in a field that is related to this awesome technology.
By saying that VR sets a new standard, it is showing us anything can be made.
Anything is possible.
As stated by Freeman.com, VR is almost "limitless". And a good thing about VR is how it is accessible and will possibly be used more widely in the future.
Ten years from now, when you are in high school, there probably will not be a science lab since there is no need for that and a VR Room will be required.
Or, students can travel to Musée du Louvre without having to leave their school. I'm sure the virtual trip will be both convenient and fun!
According to livestilesglobal.com, there are 3 main benefits brought by VR:
1. Training- VR, like I mentioned above, can help train soldiers, doctors and so on. This means that it has the potential to train other people, too. From nurses to chefs, this can bring more benefits than we could ever imagine.
2. Conferencing- I assume you all have experienced Zoom or Microsoft Teams classes during the pandemic, so you all know what it feels like. Despite it being very un-fun and we are not allowed to meet our friends in person, it actually saved us a lot of traveling time. You have to admit that this is somewhat convenient.
3. Convenience- Speaking of convenience, VR can save people a lot of time. For example, An archaeologist wouldn't have to travel all the way from the UK to Egypt for his or her training, he or she can simply put on the VR headset and practice in the classroom.
Overall, VR is a star with tons of potential and will rise even higher in the future.
